I would say Kundalini Kriya Yoga practice gave me mind stability, especially in my job. Being a photographer I constantly need to be focused. I realized that when I have a better state of mind in a stressful situation, I’m able to manage it coolly. Patience!! I am not someone who can tolerate things easily. But now,I wonder where I get my patience from and have received compliments from those around me who have been noticing this positive change. Sense of calmness that comes from within has improved my relationship with others as well.
