Vegan Spiced Banana Cashew Pudding

Ingredients (for 4 servings):
Banana Cashew Pudding
Guava
Persimmons
Green apple
Red apple
Topping A: Mixed Nuts Crumble Topping
Mix all the ingredients below:
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ teaspoon fenugreek powder
3 tablespoon mixture of walnut, cashew and almond – use food processor to crush
½ tablespoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
Topping B: Add-On
Oat cookies (optional)
Rose petals (can be replaced with cherries or raspberries)
Method:

- Put bananas, soaked cashew nuts and water into a blender and blend well until smooth.
- Pour the blend into serving cups.
- Serve fresh with mixed nuts crumble topping, oat cookies and rose petal.
